Indianapolis F1

From 2000 to 2007, Formula One came back to the US, visting the Brickyard in Indianapolis. The F1 course used 2 turns and 2 straight segments from the oval, along with a road course that was created in the infield.   I attended 7 of the 8 races, missing only in 2005.

The race I missed featured one of the biggest fiascos in motor sports history, as only 6 of the 20 cars actually participated in the race! Read about the 2005 race.
